Locator Group (Holdings) Ltd stands as a privately held, vertically integrated software solutions group, currently immersed in the Australian property market. Comprising the holding entity, Locator Group (Holdings) Ltd, and strategically positioned wholly-owned subsidiaries established in the UK, the group has been a significant player since the inception of the Locator Platform in Australia in 2011.

While the original intention was to extend its global footprint by establishing a presence in London in June 2015, unforeseen challenges, including the impacts of Brexit and the global COVID-19 pandemic, temporarily postponed these plans. However, with a diligent update of our platforms, we are steadfastly aiming to realise this vision in the fiscal year 2024/25.

During this period of delay, our commitment to innovation remained unwavering. We successfully developed a low-cost Point of Sale solution tailored for small business owners. Simultaneously, we engaged in fundraising activities for locally appointed charities, aligning with our strategic shift towards community-centric initiatives. This transformation positions the Locator Group as an organisation dedicated to fostering local community programs, resulting in a mutually beneficial outcome.

Integral to our global expansion strategy are the synchronised efforts of Australian, UK, and European Sales Organisations. Our collaboration extends to a prominent global sales training organisation, enhancing the skill set of our teams worldwide. Additionally, we have strategically forged global business partnerships and acquired key generic domain names, adding substantial value to our diverse consumer and business-focused customer base.

As a diverse and forward-thinking entity, Locator Group boasts expertise across various industries, including property, IT, publishing, and finance. The property sector serves as our initial foray into a vertically aligned market, showcasing a proven business model.
